3-year old Jacob Nodarse was arrested just outside his parents home in Lehigh Acres near Fort Myers in Florida. He was sleeping in a minivan at around 3 pm and is now being held for obstruction of justice.
Nodarse lives in Lamont, Illinois and is suspected to have been involved in the case of the Kramer family. 50-year old Jeffrey, his 40-year old wife Lori and their son Michael who is 20 years old were found lifeless in their home at Kilkenny Drive in Darien.
The police who has been on the lookout for Nodarse are yet to press charges against him. They found him in Florida after police from Darien told them that he was driving a blue BMW coupe and that he has relatives in Miami and Fort Myers. Nodarse’s family raised no protests when the police arrested the suspect.
Police authorities are still unclear as to what the motive was for the suspect’s deeds. But they said that it was not a random act as the Kramer household was clearly the target. Julie Kramer who was hiding inside a closet that Tuesday morning called 911 and reported what was happening at that time. However, the police arrived at the scene too late as the suspect has already escaped.
